Underwood, Panagos Sign To Play College Football
The Scott City football program has plenty to be proud of as two of their own have just signed on to play at the college level. Tyson Underwood will be staying close to home after signing with Southeast Missouri State Redhawks — a Division 1 FCS school. Meanwhile, Mark Panagos is headed to Truman State, playing for their Division 2 program.
Both young men are coming off an impressive high school career. Underwood and Panagos led the Rams to consecutive 9-win seasons culminating with their recent appearance in the Class 2, District 1 championship game. Now, they’ll have the chance to take their skills and leadership to the next level.
For Scott City, the opportunity to have two players sign at the college level is a testament to the work being put in by the program and its athletes. It’s clear that the Rams are continuing to produce top talent, and Underwood and Panagos are great examples of what can be achieved with dedication and hard work. Congratulations to both on their signings and best of luck at the next level!
