On to the Quarterfinals!
The Scott City volleyball team is celebrating a huge victory over the Portageville Bulldogs, having defeated them in straight sets (25-13, 25-21, 25-22). This win advances the Rams to the Quarterfinals, just one step away from making it to the State Final Four. The team played an impressive match over a very tough Bulldogs team, who finish their season with a record of 28-5-2.
In their Quarterfinal round, the Rams will face off against the Arcadia Valley Tigers, who also won their Sectional match in straight sets. This promises to be an exciting game as both teams have proven themselves to be strong competitors. Arcadia Valley comes into the match with a record of 16-15-4.
The upcoming match will take place on Saturday, October 28 at 1:00 pm. As an added benefit, the Quarterfinal match will be a home match, with the game being played at Scott City. With the raucous support of their fans and the momentum from their recent victory, the Rams will be looking to secure another win and move one step closer to their ultimate goal of a State Championship. Fans of Ram volleyball won’t want to miss this exciting match!
