Rams Football Impresses on Homecoming Night

On Friday, September 22nd, the Scott City Rams football team squared off with the Malden Green Wave on Homecoming night. The Rams dominated the game from start to finish, scoring all 62 of their points in the first half, while holding Malden to just 8 points throughout the game. The Rams’ impressive performance was highlighted by a strong running game and effective passing, which kept the Green Wave defense guessing throughout the game.

After the game, Harley Glueck was crowned as the fall 2023 Homecoming Queen, capping an exciting week of Homecoming festivities. With such an impressive win under their belt, the Scott City Rams are sure to be feeling confident heading into their next game and excited to continue their winning ways.

The Rams are scheduled to be back in action on September 29th at 7:00 pm, when they will travel to Kelly to face the Hawks in another tough match-up. While the Rams shut the Hawks out 42-0 last year, Kelly will enter the game with an undefeated record this season. It should be a thrilling game.
