Scott City Announces Hiring of New Football Coach

Photo of Brian BeaubienScott City High School is proud to announce a new head football coach for its Rams. Brian Beaubien will lead the team, bringing his wealth of experience and success to the program. Beaubien has been an effective coordinator for both offense and defense, and is currently at Donelson Christian Academy (DCA) in Nashville, TN. Additionally, he has head coaching and coordinator experience at schools such as Kenwood High School and Creek Wood High School, as well as collegiate coaching experience at Anderson University.

Throughout his coaching career, Coach Beau has instilled a philosophy of love and development into his work with young athletes. His aim is to help his players develop as young men, both on and off the field. While demanding excellence from his players, he emphasizes the importance of building strong relationships and being a “teacher of the game of football”. This philosophy is based on his extensive experience and passion for football.

Coach Beau and his family are excited to join the Scott City community. Though initially unexpected, the opportunity to lead the program was too great to pass up, given Coach Beau’s ties to Southeast Missouri. “We have close family and friends in the Cape area and look forward to being a part of the tight-knit community here in Scott City,” said Coach Beau. He is married to Megan, who was born in Sikeston, MO.

The Scott City Rams are confident that Coach Beau will continue to build upon the football program’s great tradition of excellence. With his proven track record and dedication to players, Coach Beau is the perfect choice to lead the program into the future. The Rams stand ready to support their new coach and look forward to a successful season.
