Luke Umfleet Signs With Lyon College

Luke Umfleet, a talented and dedicated Ram who plays multiple sports at the school, signed on February 1st with NCAA Division 3 school Lyon College to play first base. Luke’s statistics from his junior baseball season speak for themselves, as he held an impressive .379 average that led his team. He also led the team in runs driven in with 30 RBIs. He hit 7 doubles and even hit 1 home run. His .960 fielding percentage is a testament to his dedication to his craft, as well as his focus on being the best player he can be.

Luke has been a standout player on his high school team, consistently making important plays and leading the way for his teammates. His skill on the field is matched by his achievements, as he was selected to the All Scott-Miss Conference 1st Team and he was a member of the All District 1st Team. He also earned honors as an Academic All State player.
