Scott City Baseball To Play For District Championship!

The Scott City Baseball team is one step away from claiming the Class 3, District 2 championship title! After defeating Saxony Lutheran Crusaders on May 19th, by a score of 9-2, the Rams earned their spot in the district final. The team will enter the biggest game of the season sporting a record of 26-2.

Standing in the way of the Rams winning a 3rd district title in 4 years are the Greenville Bears. With both teams having strong records – Scott City at 26-2 and Greenville at 17-4 – this is shaping up to be an exciting matchup! The stage is set, and it’s time for these talented athletes to give it their all. The game is scheduled to be playing on Wednesday, May 21st, at 5:30 p.m. at Kelly High School.

Scott City Schools invites everyone to come out and cheer on the Rams as they go for district championship glory.
